Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Oninfitie platform operated by Oninfitie Oy (Business ID: 3456789-1), registered in Finland. By using Oninfitie, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Finland to use Oninfitie. Business accounts require a valid Finnish business registration.
2. The Platform
Oninfitie is a marketplace connecting senders with independent couriers. We are not a courier company. The contract for delivery is between you and the courier.
3. Placing Orders
When you request a delivery, you agree to the estimated price displayed. Final pricing may vary based on actual distance and wait time. You are responsible for ensuring packages are legal and properly packaged.
4. Prohibited Items
The following may not be sent via Oninfitie: illegal items, dangerous goods, cash, live animals, perishables without prior agreement, or any item prohibited under Finnish or EU law.
5. Payment
Payment is charged to your saved card at the time of delivery confirmation. Disputes must be raised within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Courier Accounts
Couriers are independent contractors, not employees of Oninfitie. They are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with Finnish transport regulations.
7. Liability
Oninfitie's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to €100 per delivery unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time via account settings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Helsinki District Court.
