GDPR Compliance
Oninfinite Oy, a company registered in Finland, processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finland's Data Protection Act (Tietosuojalaki). This page summarizes our legal basis for processing and your rights — see the Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it's used.
1. Data Controller
Oninfinite Oy, registered in Finland, is the data controller for personal data processed on the platform.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: performance of a contract (creating your account, processing orders and payments), compliance with legal obligations (e.g. financial record-keeping), and legitimate interest (e.g. fraud prevention, platform security).
3. Right of Access
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us below.
4. Right to Rectification
If any data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can correct it via your profile or by contacting support — including changing your phone number or email through the verified change flow.
5. Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your account. Some data must be retained beyond that point for legal compliance — financial records for a minimum of 6 years under Finland's Accounting Act (Kirjanpitolaki), and courier verification documents for a limited period after account closure.
6. Right to Object
You may opt out of non-critical notifications. Critical notifications related to order status, payments, payouts, and document expiry cannot be disabled, for operational and legal reasons.
7. Data Transfers to Processors
We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the platform (payments, routing, geocoding, push notifications, and OTP delivery), each bound to process data only for that purpose. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of providers. We do not sell your data.
8. Supervisory Authority
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Finland's Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto), or with your local supervisory authority if you reside elsewhere in the EU/EEA.
