How to Become a Courier

Before You Apply
Basic Eligibility
- At least 18 years old (verified during onboarding)
- A valid mobile phone number you can verify with a one-time code
- Valid government identification
- A driving licence matching your vehicle type, where applicable
- Any right-to-work / business-registration documents required in your jurisdiction
The Process
5 Steps to Get Started
Step 1
Sign Up
Enter through "Become a Courier" and authenticate with Google, email, or phone — then verify your phone number.
Step 2
Choose Your Vehicle
Pick from Bicycle, Motorbike, Car, Van, or Truck. This determines exactly which documents you'll need.
Step 3
Upload Documents
ID, profile photo, and vehicle-specific documents like your licence, registration, and insurance.
Step 4
Get Reviewed
Our team checks your documents — typically within 2–3 business days. Only flagged items need resubmitting.
Step 5
Start Delivering
Once approved, toggle Online and start receiving delivery requests near you.

Vehicle Types We Support
Your vehicle choice determines which documents you'll need — bicycles need the least, larger vehicles need licence and registration checks.
Getting Paid
Earnings & Payouts
Per-Delivery Earnings
The platform deducts a fixed commission from each completed order. Earnings land in your account once the delivery is confirmed as completed — not before.
Weekly Settlement
Payouts run on a weekly cycle via manual bank transfer or automatic Stripe Connect transfer — whichever you choose.
