Oninfitie Oy ('we', 'our', 'us') is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Finnish and EU law.

1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, delivery addresses) and data generated by your use of our platform (order history, location during active deliveries, device information, and usage analytics).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate and improve the Oninfitie platform, process payments, send delivery notifications, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and detect fraud.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with couriers assigned to your delivery, payment processors (Stripe), and infrastructure providers bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Location Data

Couriers' location is tracked during active deliveries and shared with the sender in real time. We do not track courier location outside of active delivery sessions.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after closure for legal and tax compliance. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, as well as to restrict or object to processing. To exercise any right, contact privacy@oninfitie.fi.

8. Changes to This Policy
